THE KETO BLUEBERRY CUPS !!!
4oz cream cheese, softened
4T butter, melted
4 large eggs
2T coconut flour
1/4t xanthan gum
1/4t baking powder
12 flavour drops blueberry cheesecake
1. Preheat oven to 365°.
2. Mix all ingredients, except berries, until combined.
3. Spray silicone muffin mold with coconut oil. Distribute batter across all 12 wells. Evenly top with berries.
4. Bake between 20-25 minutes or until they become golden brown. Let cool for 5-7 minutes.
5. Drizzle on some sugar free maple syrup and BOOM goes the dynamite .
