Blackened Chicken Sandwich on Cheesebuns
This was the best sandwich I’ve had in a while. The cheesebuns were so soft/thick, the lettuce/tomato/mayo/bacon combination is always just great, and I got to steal one of my boyfriend’s delicious blackened chicken breasts.
1 cup shredded mozzarella
½ cup parmesan (grated or shredded)
Combine all ingredients.
Season to your liking.
Divide into 4 mounds (for cheesebuns) or 1 mound (for pizza dough).
Bake 350°F for 15-20 minutes.
